I am CP Chen from PQSense Technology Ltd. we have sold some 50 systems to Schneider Electric China for their 10kV GIS switchgear application, in such case, temperature sensors is only applyed in incoming&outgoing cable joint location, no sensor is mount inside the GIS chamber.

2+Hi Nakara, sensor is explosion proof, but reader is not. Don’t think you can use it in area require explosion proof.

RFM3200 is suitable for non metal enviorment, you may need other n metal type sensor to do the work, we have use RFID sensor in many metal enviorment, please feel free to contact me, cp.chen@pqsense.com, for further discussion on your application.

0Hi, RFID sensor with 110 C is available, 170C for fe hours is possible, but not continuous.

I don’t think you can read RFM3260 from outside of autoclave, the steel will block the antenna from sensor inside the autoclave.

0Hi David, I am a S3 user, below is from my experience, hopefully can be useful to you.
The S3 is a two point calibration sensor, calibration data is storeed inside S3. what A026 means is they calibrate only 1 point in factory, the 2nd calibration data is using a default value, no further calibration in factory.
