Any user logged into the system can ask a question or post a reply. Users must register to establish their login credentials.
To register: new users should click on the login/register button, and then select the register item below the login entry box. Minimum requirements to register are a name and valid email. You will be sent an email to confirm your address. We hope that this limits the amount of spam on the site.
