    When I try to get the temperature code under AN002, It’s OK.

    I found that I can’t specify a sensor.

    I just random receive one of sensors’ code.

    How can I read a specific sensor?

    Hi,

    Just as you use a Select command to activate the temperature calculation on the sensor, you can also use a Select command to choose a particular EPC and tell any others to ignore subsequent commands. The details involve the way the UHF RFID tags work, and the specifics of the reader you are using. Keep in mind that you should send both the temperature Select and the EPC Select at the beginning of the same inventory round.

    Hi,
    can you better  explain how to send both the temperature Select and the EPC Select at the beginning of the same inventory round?
    I’m using the Thing Magic M6e reader, below a piece of my c#code:

    =====================================
    SimpleReadPlan readPlan;
    byte[] mask = { };
    Gen2.Select select = new Gen2.Select(false, Gen2.Bank.USER, 0xE0, 0, mask);
    TagOp TemperatureCode = new Gen2.ReadData(Gen2.Bank. RESERVED, 0xE, 1);
    readPlan = new SimpleReadPlan(ant, TagProtocol.GEN2, select, TemperatureCode, true, 1000);
    Program.handle.ParamSet(“/ reader/read/plan”, readPlan);
    TagReadData[] tags;
    tags = Program.handle.Read(150);
    ==================================

    In this case I have no filter based on the tag EPC. Where should I put the second select command? (only 1 select command can be put as input parameter of the SimpleReadPlan…)

    Thanks for the support

    It’s not possible to send multiple Select commands in the same inventory round using ThingMagic readers right now. That could change in the future, though. Their documentation mentions future support for a Multifilter object.
